call me crazy but i think they are selling these performance shocks that give 3.5" lift for only $55. Am i wrong here?!

It looks like a shock compatible with a 3" lift. :shrug:
According to the words in the description, I'm sure you're only getting the shock and not the coil springs with them.

Down at the bottom in the application list, it lists them being used with toyotas with a certain lift.
so basically, if you already have a 3" suspension lift, these shocks should be used.
Moving this to suspension section in hopes of getting some more response for you. :waytogo:

The advertised part is the Fabtech FTS 7078. This is a part number for their 'performance shock' only - not any of the other equipment shown in the photos at the site you posted the link to.

You can double check this by downloading and reviewing the Fabtech shocks catalog:

... And looking at other (better-organized) vendor sites which clearly show the FTS 7078 as in the photo attached below (from a vendor site).
