Might run into stetching issues with your 10.5 tires.
I had 31x10.5x15's wrapped around 8" wide MT Classic II's with 3-5/16" backspacing. All on stock height. And I was rubbing at full crank and minor suspension compression. Pinch Weld mod helped alot, but I was still scuffing a bit. that was with DC Mud Countrys too....if that makes a difference.
Why the desire for 10 wide? I don't see the attraction...
You're looking for a negative offset then. Try to find a rim thats got a fabricated offset. Otherwise, I think spacers would be your other best bet. You'll be much less likely to rub with a 8" compared to a 10" wide. And depending on your truck use...they arn't too hard on riggin'. Besides some longer wheel studs, they're effortless to install, and gental on the wallet too.
i understand you want a wider look for your wheels but you don't wanna go 10" wide on a stock suspended truck. 9" is plenty wide enough for you and a 4.5" backspacing on the wheels will look really good and shouldn't rub as long as you don't go too big with the tire.:waytogo:
