I changed mine over to Redline MT90 at about 15k, and I don't plan on doing it for a very long time. Probably in the neighborhood of 75-100k on the odo. I checked it at 30k after driving through some very high water, and the fluid looked brand new. The rear diff is another story, and its now considerably darker (changed at about the same time).

Sh*tty

The '05 pluses have no where to put in new fluid. You'll have to go buy a pump and pump it in. At least that is for the automatics.

I believe the manuals do have a drain and fill plug, but you still need a pump to get the fluid in there.
