Clues, please ...

Which automatic transmission do you have?
Which engine do you have?
Is this a 5-lug mini or a 6-lug PreRunner?

The factory torque spec documentation covers the A340 tranny overall, with no separate torque spec's for variants.

1999 is a blank spot in my archives, so I'm gonna post the 1998 and the 2000 spec's I do have. I'll include both the torque and the service (pressures; shift points; etc.) spec's, in case you end up needing the service spec's as well. The service spec's DO vary depending on the A340 sub-species.

Here (attached) are the 1998 spec's.

... And here are the 2000 versions.

If there's a difference between the 1998 and 2000 spec's, I don't know which version covers 1999.

Yes you are correct Brandon757 they call the flex plate drive plate.
the factory spec is 30 ftlbs.
good luck with your repair, for piece of mind you could put some loctite on the threads too, I’d use blue loctite.
