If you were to run a T3/T4 on your stock rpm range i would say no because you wouldn't be able to get full potential use out of your turbo. The T3 side will give quick boost, the T4 side will give you top end, however since our taco's max rpm is around 5500-5600rpm's you will not be able to get that much top end boost opposed to honda's 8,000rpm range. Yes there are ways to get rid of the rev limiter, but i wouldn't recommend that. Also i remember Eric @ ELP saying around 6000-7000 the stock valves begin to float or something of that nature...to get more info i would call them. later
