Some possibilities that have been demonstrated to get that effect on a 2001 - 2004 Taco:

- GlassWorks 'supercharger' fiberglass hood
- Graft a 4Runner Sport scoop onto the stock hood
- Graft a 2005+ Sport scoop onto the stock hood
- Graft an aftermarket scoop unit (e.g., from up22.com) onto the stock hood

that looks like an 05 + scoop

Thats mine when it was in progress. 05 Xrunner hood was the donor (same as the sport)

I'm guessing you're probably right - if it's a real photo at all ... It's so heavily PhotoShopped it might just be a drawing ...

It's definitely 'grafted', cause I've never seen an aftermarket scooped hood with the scoop positioned that far forward ... :thinking:
