Sprayed in bedliners.. something in the middle?

I'd like to get a sprayed in bedliner that has the same basic charactoristics of the plastic drop in..

I've checked out Line X and desided that as much as I like their product,
it doesn't fit the way I use my bed.. If I were to crawl into the bed wearing shorts,
I'd leave a bit of flesh on the sand paper like surface..

I'm looking for a bed liner thats plastic like so things can slide
a little easier but not quite as easy as the plastic drop in bedliner..

I'm thinking Rhino liner but that seems a bit too rubberish..
The DIY herculiner is WAY too harsh in terms of texture..

So something between Line X and Rhino liner..

Anyone know of something thats in the middle in terms of texture and slide ability?

Ive seen rhinoliner that looks different textures from shop to shop. I think its from using different pressure in the gun or something. I would see how your local shop results are. There are also alot of off brand bedliners but Id be afraid of their warranty or that they are fly by night
My rhino liner is pretty much like you described. Nice and rubbery
You're too picky. I've never lost any skin on my LineX. If you're in the habit of dragging your knees, stop giving blowjobs in the bed of your truck!

But seriously, LineX is the way to go. It starts out a bit on the 'toothy' side and breaks in after some use. I wish it could stay as rough as day one. The more grip the better, imo.

Good point made, no more knee dragging in the bed! rofl

Look around at the local shops, some have smoother texture then others. I have green color matched bedliner and its not very rough. But I usually wear clothes when im "working" on my truck.
I use my truck for camping and don't have any snazzy wooden platforms in it..
So when I'm up at the cabin, my truck turns into a changing room after jet skiing on the lake..
I have been curious of the "spray can" herculiner. If multiple coats are applied with lower drying times, it would seem to "soften" the abrasive characteristics of the grit, as they would sink some.
the Herculiner is just too rough and thick, i've used this stuff before when doing
rocker panels on a few friends trucks as well as doing a full Jeep floor pan.

How about a rubber under coating like this

wont hold up the the long term abuse of the sun, cargo shifting, ect..

how about a bed mat?
wont protect from rust and water..
i got this stuff from walmart its a big bucket and you do it urself 40$ its not rough from what i noticed and all you need is a paint brush have it mine held up for about a 1.5 years dont know the name of it

bed mat on top of herculiner?
Stop being needy. U bastard haha
I'm not being needy, I'm being wanty :D
Imma have to go with line-x with the bed mat to sit on top of it, that way it doesn't rub your skin off, and you get the really good protection of the line-x.
