Rust Perforation?

Ok so heres the deal.....

I took my truck to the local Toyota dealer and he said come back in 9 months and it should fail. I decide to go back 3 months early when I notice a small crack in the frame. He decided to hit it with a hammer and this happened. He sent the images to Toyota and they said it doesn't fail at this time. Can someone please explain to me if you went through the process what is suppose to happen before it fails? Is it suppose to break in half before they replace my frame. I'd figure with Toyota being in the mess there in with the recall that I'd fail.

Here are images I took after a week after they hit it with a hammer....

For it to fail they have to be able to penetrate through the frame by making holes
or having it crumble during the hammer test.
Dude, that thing is f*cked!!! Mine looked 10000x better and it failed, my whole was in the same place as your last pic there. I'd get the hammer out on my own and make it go through.
It will fail whenever the hammer test results in a hole. For more details on the criteria, etc., check the sticky threads posted in Exterior.
Just spray a little salt water on it every morning to accelerate the damage...:D. Maybe even a little battery acid....
