Question On DJM kit for 2001 tacoma

Hey everyone, i am a brand new member but love Tacomas. I bought a 2001 standard cab stepside and lowered it with the djm 3/4 kit. The back was no problem but the front was a pain. i installed the upper arms and assembled them correctly but my question is that it seems that the front of my truck hasn't dropped the full 3 inches. if anyone has any tips or helpful hints on what i could have done wrong please tell me. I appreciate any responses.

Thanks

I have a 2001 taco that I am putting the 3/4 drop. Like Kpride7 said did you relocate your lowwer ball joint. The upper control arms are mainly for alignment.

Let me know how it turns out.
I just finished mine. It looks really good. There shouldn't be anything that you need to cut. To relocate the lower ball joint lossen the four nuts that hold it in place. The four botls are pressed in and you will have to remove them. The rod that connects to the lower control will need to be drilled out to 9/16 for the new bolts to fit. Once you are done with that place the rod on top of the lower control arm and place 1 washer on top of the holes on the rod. Then place the lower ball joint on top of the rod and washers then the brackets goes on top of that. That is pretty much it. If you any questions all you have to do is ask and I will see waht I can do.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
You are not the only one. I drove my truck today and my tires are all [email protected]#KED up. I am getting a alignment first thing tomorrow.
