simple ? i just want to know if piston rings from one piston brand will work on other pistons. can i take a wiseco piston ring and put it on a cp piston. as long as the rings were the same mm as the piston? why wouldnt i be able to do this. or would i?

I doubt it will work, most piston guys use a proprietary ring / sealing method (some might be the same, but i would not count on it)
No problem, it is done all the time, as a matter of fact I use certain pistons on builds that I use ONLY Total Seal rings (gapless) for better combustion mixing 2 different products together.
As long as the ring thickness is right and you gap your rings to your cylinders your fine. :waytogo:
