offset/ backspaceing help

ok my TRD sport pkg wheels are 17'' x7" correct, all I want when I purchase my new rims is for the rim to stick out maybe 1" more than stock. so? what am I looking for as far as offset / backspacing?.

the rims I have in mind are the all black american racing Thug rims that come 17"x8"
