Does anyone have a oil pan for a 2000 prerunner that they dont need I just blew a hole in mine today. Any ideas as to why that might of happened?

I didnt hit anything but I think my engine just shot something through the oil pan.

It's definitely more than an oil pan I am taking it back to JAcksonville Thursday to get everything checked out but for now it is on the back of a tow truck...
