They should fit. All Lexus' car wheels have the same bolt pattern. The same bolt pattern as the Tacoma's. Someone told me that their friend had GS400 wheels on their Taco. Those wheels are 17x8. The only thing is that you will have to get the center bore on the wheels enlargened as I did with my IS300 wheels.
The wheels must be taken to a professional wheel shop. I don't know how exactly the process works, but they use a machine to grinde away evenly the unwanted surface.
I took them to a wheel repair shop in Stockton, CA. They charged me a total of $140. $25 per wheel for the work, and $10 per tire for the dismount, re-mount, and balancing of the tires.
