can someone tell me what the 01-04 intermittent extended or hard cranking TSB in the Tech section says? My comp. wont allow me to open the darn thing.
Or even send the actual file in an email. Hopefully my Computer will allow me to open it. My email is [email protected]

The TSB is in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe.

I have the adobe acrobat reader but Im thinking that I have a setting issue that needs to be changed in order to open.
When I try to open the file I get
"This object has been blocked" this is using Mozilla for a browser.
If I use explorer to open then it tells me that I am not authorized to view this page.

I checked my email and same thing if I click the link.

Just save the file to disk and open it using the Acrobat Reader. :waytogo:

I got it. Had to change a setting on the firewall.
