intake sensor

i was looking at my ghetto inatke and i found out that i have 2 airflow sensor. One is the MAF and the second sensor is located to the tube (pipe) i dont know what is the second sensor for??? Do 1995 tacomas have this or newer too????

"Big Ant" is it just me or does you S-Runner look a little taller that my 99?
