IAC VALVE Solenoid

Another IAC question... if the valve is fine (working order) can I just replace the solenoid or does that come as one unit? Just wondering since the two come apart by way of the two screws, and in case that is whats up with my IAC. working on this after work so my time to wrench is ltd. Mahalo for the help

dunno if the solenoid comes seperate or not, but a word of advice, complete throttlebodies are cheap at junkyards. If you're interested in spare parts, you can probably buy an entire throttlebody for the same price as what you'd pay for just the solenoid from the dealership.

so stoked! it was the stuck iac valve. no need to hunt down parts, but thanks for the good tip
