I need some rear bumpstops.

Did my '01 SR come with rear bumpstops? Common sense tells me they did, but they're not on there now. I need some. I'm going to put on a staggered wheelset, and I want them to sit out close to even with the flares. To prevent them from bottoming out on the fender (and flare), I need to put in the stops, and maybe trim them slightly. I'd much rather bottom out on the stops than the tire.
Can anyone verify my first question? And does anyone have a set laying around they would like to give up (I know someone does considering all of the lowered Tacos here). Thanks.

I got some off a 98 reg cab 5 lug not sure if they would be the same or not. Look under your truck and see if there are 2 bolt holes on the bottom of the frame over the axle. $5 plus shipping?
Yes they came with them. Sit right over the axle in triangle type shape from the frame.
Well I saw the two holes, and that's why I figured they used to be there.
Click my sig and you can order them right from my site, shipping ($7.80) is already included in the listed price, it includes a delivery #.

Those are pretty slick Beef, but I'm only dropped 3" in the rear and I need to "preserve" my 1 3/4" fender to tire gap. Yours might be a little to short to keep the tire from bottoming out.

Gotcha. You're on the right track. The stock ones have metal in them and it'll still be about 1.5" or so tall, but try to keep the V shape to it because when they're cut flat, the bottom out is harsher. I have a couple (I think I have 2:eek:) I'll give you if you don't get the ones from cuzican.
Not to step on anyone's toes but you can check out this thread about using jeep bumpstops from energy suspension.

I remember back in the day when there was no metal in them and we would shave them down to 1/4". Those were the days when it was riding around on cinder blocks, but it sure looked cool.
Those tallish Jeep ones look like they'd be pretty good for he's trying to do. I was going to suggest building him some like my normal ones but with a different bump stop, something like this. I'd just do the Jeep ones if I were him.
