just wanted to say hello and I have a question that maybe someone can help me with. I was reviewing the tech articles and came across this one "01-04 intermittent extended or hard cranking"
I tried to open the file but am unsuccessful. I am using Mozilla firefox and I also tried Internet explorer to view it. Do I need to change some kind of setting or is the file not here anymore? Can someone email it to me if I cant get it to open?

thanks for trying to help. I still cant oen the file. I have Adobe installed and have tried to get updates on their website. None available at the moment. I guess i cant read the file....oh well. damn computers.
