Ok, I have managed to dismantle the entire dash in my 05 Taco, but cannot figure out how to take out the glove box. Anyoe know how? I have a feeling it is a helluva lot easier than I am making it out to be. Thanks.

on the older tacos there's one screw in each of the hinges at the bottom.. try there.. worth a shot:shrug:

It should be very simple.... you open it, once its open push on both right and left sides and it you drop down more. There is a small support to the right side of it that allows for it to open slowly. it should pop out and then you can basically pull the glove box out towards you. Just did it to mine yesterday...

Does this by chance apply to the 2008? Or is there a different trick with that?

Same exact glove box, same method. It was a helluva lot easier that I made it out to be.
