These retailed for around $200 but are now discontinued. I believe it's sold now for around $300:waytogo:

A 1-piece shaft versus the 2 piece shaft bonded together to help dampen vibrations and noise....

Actually it's the noisiest shifter on the market from what I hear. Just send ur TRD shifter out to a member named Coupe and have him shorten it and stiffen it up and it will be better then the B & M:waytogo:

I sent coupe my stock shifter arm so he could do this exact thing to mine. I have the URD SS on mine as well as the coupe mod and it is the stiffest shifter I've felt. The throws are much shorter then stock or with the URD SS.
