I can't identify those hoses against any 2001- 2004 part numbers. I can find lists of what may be EVAP hose part numbers, but no description or diagram that allows me to match parts against your pictures. The FSM is no help in identifying individual hose or vacuum valves.

In the mean time, here (attached) are the 2003 (same gen) 2RZ diagnostic chapters for the codes you listed. My guess is that it's the old hoses, but notice that these codes could be thrown in response to other malfunctioning components - extending all the way back to the fuel tank area.

I think you may be right about having to give up and consult with a dealership parts department. Certain minor items like hoses were often left unspecified in the factory parts diagrams or parts listings. Hoses, brackets and fasteners are 3 categories of items for which no one seemed to think details were needed.
