They have several listings on their website that list the W58 trans (as well as the ones you mentioned) and the W58 is a common swap for the 5lug trucks, which I have myself. So I don't see why they wouldn't work.
Do you have to have a full shifter kit or are you willing to save money and run a short shifter spacer like URD offers? I run the URD spacer kits on both my Turbo 2000 (with W58) as well as my Supercharged 2019, and I've never had an issue with either of them. Just food for thought. They are about half the cost of what I'm seeing for the Cube shifters. Although, those do look really nice.
When I did the W58 swap I took the tail housing off both transmissions and swapped in my W59 speedometer gear, and then after reassembly I had to put my W59 shifter "locator" (top, assembly, whatever you wanna call it) on the W58 trans because of where the original would have put the shifter (it wouldn't have lined up with the hole in the floor).
EDIT: After looking at their site more, it seems the determining factor is the top part of the shifter assembly that is on those gearboxes that they list. The housing on the Tacoma doesn't have that 4-bolt pattern so that the Cube shifter can be bolted to it. The Tacoma variant utilizes the collar that is spring-loaded and twists into the top of the shifter assembly to hold the shifter into its bushing, with no bolts. BUT, that doesn't mean it won't work. You can just find the right shifter top and swap it over, as long as you find one that has the right position/orientation of the shifter so that it lines up with the hole in your floor pan.
