Does Chassis Tech not make drop leafs for the 04s anymore? I cant find em anywhere. I got a set off my old S10, and they fit the mounts, but the centering pin was about 2" too far back. Dang it!!
Anyone have some they want to sell?

check out airbagit and welcome:waytogo:
airbagit.com aka justbagit.com used to sell them, but not anymore. You won't find any company selling them unless someone posts them for sale here used. They're like finding a needle in a haystack now.
i wonder how many sets they produced and how many were sitting on trucks that got crushed by the rusted frame program. Needle in a hay stack is right.
yeah mjbtaco bought the last set they had about 2 months ago. I was excited thinking they were offering them again but nope. We just lost Eibach coils too last month. You know about the 4x4 / Prerunner leaf mod right? (S-Dad mod)

I powered out your part tonight and it's waiting for you at the fab shack.I'll be there tomorrow all day, so you can come get it if you want. :waytogo:
Thank you but your sliders are jaw dropping!:jawdrop:
You can make your own chassitech leafs
put a 4x4 middle in a 2wd pack,
then dearch it

and it will be pretty similar to stiffness of the chassistech.

I have a buddy who isn't on here
but he did this to his 98

and I've rode in his truck with the same components as mine actually..
(in the rear at least)

drop leafs
2" blocks..
stock length ****ty shocks.

and his setup is definetely firmer then my 4x4 pack with the middle pulled.

I gave him my 4x4 middles to do that, and he just put them in and took it to a shop and had them dearch em.

My rear end sucks right now though, I need shorter bumps and some real shocks..should stiffen it up alot
and he said he is gonna buy some new shocks soon too..so that will definetely tie up his rear end.

just going from what I felt in the truck and seen:shrug:

Yea I talked to Airbagit.com and they said no dice. I think what Im gonna do is take my S-10 pack apart and re-dril the hole on the main leaf. this way the locator pin will be in the correct place. I can just fill the old hole with the welder. This should hold me over till i link it with coil-overs. Mmmmmm! Now to the coil-over post to ask questions.
Took the time to measure and drill the holes, worked pretty well. I will try to get them mounted up this week.
Had my Chassis Techs for at least 6 years now.......:D
damn i should gotten them before the stopped making them:brickknoc
just pull leafs n flip overload but make sure not to put things in the back:waytogo:
