Been searching thru ct for fittment to a 95.5 to 04 coils and found many interesting swaps from the qa1 to 350z to regular camaro spring set ups,

Anybody care to ellaborate for cross fit to any year tacoma?

Tacoma lowering springs aren't very cheap and if their are better cost effective alternates then I'm sure that that would be a better route...

We know the top of the Camaro coils will fit the frame good, it's the lower end of a Camaro coil that I'm unsure about regarding the perch it sits on at the lower arm. Ours taper to a small ring. I'd have to see and measure the Camaro coil on bottom. The 67-69 Camaro QA1 racing coil overs are what a lot of guys on here are going to in front for a better setup.

Would that be the same type set up with 350z springs? Or does the taper on our lca's limit too much?
Talk to Slo Mo(I think that's his name, and his name is Justin).

or So Low...

I'm not 100% but I think they bought had/have 350z springs in there trucks..(Slo Mo doesn't have his truck anymore).

I been looking into the idea.
350z springs are ok if you don't mind a soft ride. It's the rear springs i believe that you use cause the front ones are WAY too big to fit. I'm guessing you could prolly go with some performance 350z springs like eibach if you wanted a stiffer setup.
Some Tanabes, or H&R would be stiffer..
or even Teins
but there all in the $200-300 range..
might as well fork out QA1 cash..

but then again those are for a set of front and rear springs.
could probably off the fronts to someone for $100..

True true...
QA1s seem to be the way to go if spending that type of money anyways

I found some chassis tech coils someplace too for around $130 so I think either way it could save some type of headache for trying to fit some different coils that aren't meant for our trucks
depends on how low your goals are and how you want to use the truck..
The eibachs are about 430 spring rate , toss in a 75 lbs spring rubbers and some good shocks [ qa-1's will fit up front with a little work ] and you're off to a good start . Don't buy springs with out knowing the rate. If you're doing work to the front the back needs the same attention . Doing these mods take time and money but if you always go with good stuff you won't have a weak link. Don't do the BJF or blocks!!!!
