i own a 2002 2wd taco and i'll be joining the air force next month but i wanted to put a rollpan on my truck but i'm not sure off the laws in the states (i'm from guam) could you please let me know the bumper requirements in hawaii, california, nevada, and colorado. these are some of places i might be stationed at. thanks...

For California, go to http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/calaw.html and do a search for bumpers under vehicle code. I don't know the other states.

I don't know the law but here in cali I've never heard of anyone getting pulled over or cited for having a rollpan.
