(1) What are the details of your current setup?

(2) According to your posts from last year - haven't you had the 7th injector installed for some time now?

(3) Disengaging the 7th injector to see if it makes any difference is a reasonable A/B test to run. However, if there's no difference in A/F readings it doesn't necessarily mean the fault lies with the 7th injector itself. It might still be a wiring or controller issue.
yes ive had it for awhile but ive never used a wideband on it until recently idk what the injector b is 0 all the time
while an injector failure is certainly possible, x2 on enola we need more info esp cause ur profile doesnt help at all.

whats in a urd 7th "kit"? im running an extra injector on my 2.4 with a urd ftc w/afr, so i may have some ideas to help... have you upgraded the fuel pump? what size is the injector, what piggyback are you using? have you tuned the piggyback yourself before? you mentioned you just werent using a wideband before, so how do you know it wasnt more lean (yes its possible) before you started making changes?

2 things to check right off the bat is wiring and the fuel rail adapter, though my money is still on the tune...
its the urd trd 7th injector upgrade idk how big the injector is and there really isnt anyway the fuel rail adaptor could be wrong its a banjo bolt its the URD Additional Injector Controller with Timing Calibrator and i installed the upgraded fuel pump with the kit
with the tune that came with the upgrade kit the truck was running at about 19.6afr. i looked under the real time menu while driving and while driving at about 1/4 throttle the injector A and B were both reading a %.. but after about 1/4 throttle injector B dropped to 0% and stayed there.

the next thing i did was add fuel to where i thought it really needed it. i ended up having the number 3.2 starting in the 14 psi box and 3000rpm and filling everything after that with 3.2 as well.. after uploading that tune the truck read 16.something afr but still injector B reading 0%

is injector B the 7th injector???
if so what could cause this?

the truck makes 7lbs of boost and has a walbro 190 pump with the urd 7th injector kit listed above
so i figured out the ftc-1 isnt sending power the the 7th injector for some reason we ran over all the wiring with gadget and everything seems to be hooked up right any one had this same problem .... gadget said he would look it over if i sent it to him guess thats my only choice

Did you physically checked the 2 wires that go to the injector to see if there's any sign of damage?
Check the plug and the injector itself.
well i inspected all the wires for damage and the plug it all looked fine. and i pulled out the injector and used jumper wires to jump it from the battery and it shot a ton of fuel so that kinda narrows it down to something being wrong with the box i guess i could try running new wires from the box to the injector. When you hook the box to a computer everything seems to work fine the rpms are right and gadget helped us set up the settings so i know thats right and the blue cursor goes through all the right places but its still lean
My guess is you should send the FTC to Gadget. :brickknoc

It takes a while to make the truck run right and sometimes you get this problems also but in the end it's worthwhile.
Yeah it is aggravating but im gonna get another injector and hold it when i floor it and see if it works in the cab just to double check before I send it off. At least gadget has really good customer service im just so ready to have it run right it should make a huge difference with enough fuel

The difference depends on the mods you have. The most important thing that the fuel the 7th injector provides is protect the engine so it doesn't melt or explodes.
well when we rigged up the injector to make sure it worked it felt alot better at wot the motor is bad lean like 18.4 at wot im not gonna floor it anymore till i get it fixedd
That's too damn lean. Either something's wrong with the truck or the wide-band you're using needs calibrating.
Well we calibrated the wideband a couple of times and it reads 14.7 at idle
So there's definitely something wrong with your fuel injection system. Does Gadget knows your truck is that lean without the 7th injector?
isnt it supposed to read 14.7 at idle
isnt it supposed to read 14.7 at idle
Yes that's correct, so it seems the wideband is reading correctly, however you're not supposed to be so lean even without the extra injector. Ask Gadget about it, he's more aware of your setup and have more information than me.
