5vz vs 2rz

Not sure if i'm posting this in the right area, but I didn't know where else to put it. Does anyone know what a complete 5vz and a complete 2rz engine weight? Minus the tranny, just the engines. Any help will be extremely appreciated. I'm trying to figure out which engine to use for a swap

Estimates for the 5VZ-FE weight have been all over the map (on various Tacoma-related forums). The most precise weight figure I've seen is from this CT thread:

... in which a 5VZ-FE (full assembly, including TRD supercharger, clutch assembly, and starter) was weighed at 505 lbs. This would be more or less in line with other reported estimates ranging from circa 430 lbs. up into the upper 400's (not counting the 'extras' included in the 505 lb. weigh-in) ...

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!!! Now what about the 2rz engine? Anybody knows what that sucker weights???? Also, does anybody know the height of the 2rz engine? I'm talking from the bottom of the block, to the top of the valve cover.

320 pounds. not sure of the height

2RZ sits a bit slanted so its about 21 inches or so from the pass. side oil pan rail to the top of the drivers side valve cover
