Does it shift normally otherwise? Like, is the effort only to turn the truck on or does the clutch pedal always feel odd and requires effort on shifts?
It shifts normal. Just when I crank it, I have to push clutch to the floor. More than normal.
check the clutch cancel switch on the clutch pedal. It may have moved or adjusted itself, or a thick floor mat keeping it from getting pressed.

my clutch did the same thing and it was the throw out bearing and some clutch lever was bent .250 k with the oem clutch. I drove the truck off red line thousands of times /track days as well
I was bypassing my clutch switch with a switch. Spdt switch so it would be switch operated with the pedal or toggle and override it when I was feeling lazy
