2001 sideviews don\'t fit!

i went to the toyota dealership yesterday to check out the price for 2001 sideview mirrors for my 96. this sucks. 2001 mirrors can fit 99 and up. nothing else. DAMN! well...thats what the guy said..*shrugs*

Did they have any in stock? You should see if you could try one. I don't see why they wouldn't fit. HEATHRR on SSM has a 95 with the 01 mirrors.

$150 a pair!!!!!!!!!!!! i rather stick my arm out holding a regular mirror than spend that much on sideviews!!!!!!! GEEEZ!

You have to keep in mind that the guy at the dealer is going by an application chart, it does not mean it won't work. He would probably tell you that 4WD fenders would not work as well.
