Yeah, go out to your truck and take a look at the mechanism it. If you do, you'll notice it sort of moves in a diagonal manner but mainly vertical. The only thing most state laws specify is frontal light projection, and not the spread. I'm thinking that's why it doesn't allow for us to adjust horizontal adjustment, that and to keep the design simple.

The vertical (up / down) adjustment information was posted on page 1 of this thread.

If you're asking how to adjust the horizontal (side to side)l aim of the headlights - no, they aren't designed to allow for any horizontal adjustments.
