Does anyone out there know how I can get a hold of a billet grill pictured in the attachment? All I've been able to find (Trenz, JBM) is the grill for the larger- middle section of the grill. The pictured has billet across all three sections. Any help in the right direction would be great!

Several of those guys from NC put the newer frontend on their trucks. Those are grills from an F150 I think. They just used little sections of billet to fill up those holes. I don't think anyone sells those little pieces.
