If it stops when you push the clutch in then it's not the throw out bearing. the throw out bearing is only moving when the pedal is depressed because it's then pressing against the pressure plate and spinning.
X 2 it could be a dry (no lube) on the release bearing throw out arm squeeking like the older Toyotas did.

WOW, I just got back from the dealer. They are ordering a new throw out bearing plus a clutch and preasure plate. They said while they had it all apart they might as well change the clutch too. I was like :waytogo:

Are you in the US military? That sucks that they won't honnor your warranty. They did for me here in Germany.

So I've been getting that really loud squeaking noise when the clutch isn’t depressed - I can even hear it driving at lower speeds. I took it to the stealership and they said that it’s the throw out bearing and its only covered under the 36,000 mile warranty. The problem is that I’ve got 41,000 miles now and they are trying to charge me $700 to replace it. Has anybody out there gotten this replaced after 36,000 miles? What could happen if I just leave the truck alone and don’t replace the bearing?

Thanks
