04 Won't Start

I have a 2RZ that doesn't want to start. It was running fine last night, but it's pretty cold here and last night dropped in the low 20s. I went to start it this morning and it just keeps cranking over but won't run. I'm assuming the battery and electrical system is fine because it keeps turning over strong. I shot some ether into the throttle body and turned it over and it sputtered but still wouldn't run.

Any ideas on what could be causing this? It seems like it's not getting any fuel. What would cause this, considering it ran fine last night? Is it possible there's some moisture in the fuel line that froze when the temperature dropped?

It's conceivable there's frozen water in the fuel line, but that's probably not the cause ...

Have you dug into it to confirm you're not getting fuel at the injectors?

No, I had to get to work so I took my wife's trusty Honda.

Apparently there was another recent incident with another Taco and the same symptoms, which turned out to be an issue with the fuel pump:

I'll try again tonight now that my truck had some time to warm up in direct sunlight.
