Holds water perfectly fine. No cracks or holes with exception to mounting points.Hardware is practically non existant. The tailgate piece uses screws already in the tailgate. The liner came with the truck when i bought it. Technically it's got 100k on it. :shrug: I guess you could say it's an OEM brand. Toyota emblem along the back and it accomedates an OEM bed extender just fine.
