A very typical Washington trail shot

The photographer is on the trail going in, I am on the return trail a few hundred feet up stream. The Sierra Club hates stream crossings like these, but we try to be REALLY careful and NOT churn up the sediment. Plus, my under carriage is kept clean enough to eat off most of the time :)
  2. God save the Jeep!

    God save the Jeep!

Nah, just Rob's winch to the rescue. Why do I always have to pull these things out of the mud? How come I never get to recover a Ferrari? That's what I want to know...
  3. On board air is a "MUST have"

On board air is a "MUST have"

I started out with an ARB, then added a 2.5 gallon tank when the front locker went in. Eventually the ARB got tired of airing up the entire chapter and died, so now it's a Quick Air II.

Out with the old, in with the new

One of my old trucks, now it's Dad's :) It was a good truck for a daily driver, but once the trail rig died, I was way too tempted to take it off road :( The Jeep that replaced it was likely a low point in my off roading career :(

A slow speed pass through a mud hole.

    Damn the torpedos!

Is it just me or is it getting wet in here?
  9. Flex!

    Flex!

Flexing on some whoops in the trail. I have since improved the rear articulation for even more flex and am making equal advancements on the front droop.

    Speed Bump

Don't you just hate speed bumps like this? They seem to be getting bigger every year...
