to do them right you actually paint them . you mix the paint with the clearcoat (real clear coat with hardener) and spray it in layers, then you wetsand if nessasary. most shops charge 100 - 175...

for toyotas I usually either tuck the xm wire under the windshield trim in the front with the antenna in the center, or I throw it up on the dash with some double stick... the toyota trucks are...

the wiring should be exactly the same , you dont want to run your amp at 1 ohm though , its a lot of wear and tear on the speaker, 2 ohms should be fine.

class ab and class d are refering to the circuity inside the amp. the wiring for one sub should be the same as long as they are both monoblocks

oh yeah you need 4x4 fenders too... I did the whole swap on my truck for like 800 bucks, 300 of which was the top and bottom billet... pretty easy swap, the billet was probally the hardest part.

you dont need a core support , it would probally look a lot cleaner if you did but all you really need to do is cut out the headlight hole so the bigger 4 runner lights fit.... and get bumper...

if you can wait for it and you want navi, I would get the new pioneer z-1 that is coming out in a month or 2... it has a 7 inch double din screen built in 30 gig drive and you can rip songs onto...
