Yep. That's all I saw there. Thanks for the reply. Guess I'll just plan on running to the hardware store once I get the door panel pulled. Thanks again! |

Re: Bolts for Window Regulator - 2004 The FSM components diagram confirms there are 5 bolts used for the manual regulator and 6 for the power version. However, there's no clue as to the bolt spec's (size / threading). ![]() |

Bolts for Window Regulator - 2004 Hi folks, Replacing the manual regulators with power in my 2004 Tacoma. Book says there are 5 bolts to remove the manual regulators but looks like I will need 6 bolts to install the power regulators. (service manual instruction clip attached) I didn't get any extra hardware (bolts) with the new power regulators and I'd like to have all my parts ready before I pull the door panels apart. Can anybody point me to exactly what kind of bolts I need for the extra required by the power regulators? I suppose I can go to the Toyota dealer and buy some expensive bolts there or I can pull the panels apart, remove a bolt and then head over to Home Depot to match it... Just wondering if there is actually some docs/specs somewhere for me to review. Maybe I missed something in the service manual? Thanks in advance for any help! rjb |
