new upper control arms

alright, i want to do the bj flip on my 00 reg cab, but i dont want to jack anything up. do i have to replace the upper control arms? if not, do i flip the ball joints on the top too or just the bottom? im kinda new to this so if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated. thanks.

You don't have to replace the arms...if you do, get the DJM kit

Search button. It does wonders. More than enough info on here about it. No you don't need new upper arms, and yes you have to flip both the top and bottom b/j.

There is a 2 page thread on this same topic on the first page of this forum. And yes you need new control arms and spindals. you can get it all at fbi.com

you do NOT need new control arms and you do NOT need spindals(spindle), even if they made them. YOu need some bolts and washers and that is it.........except an alignment afterwards.
