Please help me get my money back!

Hey guys, I want to start off by saying that in no way, shape, or form am I trying to ruin this man’s buisness or reputation. Also I don’t think this is quite the right section for this but I’m going to ask any ways because I need help getting my money back.

So in October 2017 ( its now about to be July 2018) I purchased a lowering kit from streetacos. I had previously read that it takes a while to get your product from him. So I waited about 2 months before contacting him. I kept in touch with him every 2 weeks or so via email, up until the 5 month mark.

After the 5 month mark I told him that I had waited too long and wanted my money back. He quit responding to me. It’s now July and still nothing. Does anyone have any idea how to go about getting my money back?? If you have any ideas please let me know!! Thx guys

I'm not sure what's going on ...

I was shocked to check Beefed Taco's user account and see that he hasn't logged onto CT in over a year.

Can anyone out there confirm Brian's still active? Any clues as to what's going on with him?

I paid with my debit card straight off the website.

The thing that makes me worried about this situation is that it’s been so long and I’m worried I won’t be able to get my money back.

Also just to add to the story he WAS replying to my emails up until 5 months later. The last thing he told me was that he was waiting on a batch of u bolts to come in and then my order would be on his next shipments. Then I started calling him instead of email. Got the voicemail every time and left a voicemail every time with my order number and a way to contact me. Went back to emailing him never got a response. Then tried texting him. Then nothing. I thought about just showing up to his shop cuz I live ~45 min from where the maps on the main website says his shop is but don’t know the exact address.

Again, thanks guys!!! I’m glad you guys are willing to help me.

If anyone has any ideas at all I won’t put it to shame. I know $275 doesn’t sound like a lot to some people but for me it is. I’m trying to ball on a budget haha.

Im in the same boat, he sent me a tracking number and nothing yet, he does good work but I think I'm gonna have to file a complaint.

I looked up the USPS tracking number and this is what I got and this was on June 21st and if the post office doesn't have it yet then there is a problem.
