Default URD Short Shifter

I purchased the URD Short Shifter for my 07 Toyota Tacoma X-Runner. I had one of my local shops install it for me and when i got it back, it was really hard shifting into revearse and also hard shifting into 6th gear. Was it suppose to be like that or did he install it wrong? And if he installed it wrong, what do you think the problem is and what can i do to fix it.

IMO -
Take that bad boy apart and check the work... it will only take you 10 minutes to do so, and you can make sure you arent going to have problems in the future. I would verify that they punched the set screws in so they cant back out.....

6th shouldnt be an issue, period. reverse will be harder with the TRD one too, since there is a leverage loss just like the URD one.
