Considering my 15" L7 only weighs like 50 lbs on paper... My box probably another 50 - 70 lbs... Total is way under 200 - 300 and it's a big mofo let me tell you...
You sure you not smuggling other things in that sub box?  Still, that's a heavy truck

strange... either the sub box does not weigh that much, or the scale is wacked. let me guess... truck stop scales ?
we got 3775, 05 XR, full tank, stock with stock stereo, on Longacre corner weight scales, which are as accurate as you can get. dave

well i have a mtx thunder 9500 15 in sub this thing is huge and the box as well. i also have the 20in chrome rims, which i think weigh more then the stock rims
 let me tell this sub is alot bigger then the L7, just the magnet on this thing weighs 16 lbs Last edited by rx-runner; 11-17-2006 at 03:03 AM. |

the ups guy had a hard time carrying this thing up to my house, i had to go down and help his lazy ass, so with the rims, the sub box, the sub, the bigger tires, and the half tank of gas the truck came out to 3860

Maybe I'll have to see one in person... What size box you running? The box I have made of 3/4" MDF won't even fit in the access cab the way I have it now... 4.3 cuft...
