06 Tacoma 11k mi rear suspension squeak
Ive got about 11k mi on my 06 tacoma prerunner , and at about 9k I noticed a suspension squeak and ive tried all kinds of lubes in just about everywhere. Ive searched for this problem and seems like there is a consistent pattern of tacomas with rear suspension squeaks...
Anyone know anything before I take it in for the dealership again? |

Did you try spraying the cab mount bushings? Shot in the dark, but I remember reading somewhere that this was a problem.

Do a search on KAuss' squeak problems and all the theories about what caused them ...
There was a definite issue with the cab mounts causing noise, but this turned out to be the cause of only some of the suspension squeak complaints with the '05+ Tacos. There was a period when the prevailing theory concentrated on the rear leafs. If I recall correctly the leafs were supposedly rubbing against each other and some form of lubricant was prescribed to stop the squeaking.

sorry about my lack of knowledge, but i sprayed white lithium grease probally everywhere, can someone post a photo of where exactly I should be spraying....
