question about warrenty

i had the tranny replaced when i bought the truck, because of a bad bearing, and for the fact that it was still covered under warrenty. however my question comes, 15k later on the tranny (37k total on truck) is the tranny still covered up to 50k/5yrs, or would it be covered 50k/5yrs from the replacement date @ 27K. if so, im just gonna let it go till i have about 75k before i go to toyota and bitch again...if not, i guess ill make my bitchin an early visit.

Your warranty is 50K period. It doesn't matter when they changed the tranny---it's still 50K. If you wait till 75K, you are screwed.

the warrenty is still mine even tho im the second owner right? i heard/ was told it was transfer for free.

With toyotas, the warranty transfers to the subsequent owners. With huyndais for example, only the first owner gets the 10yr/100k warranty, subsequent owners get a 5yr/60k warranty.
