VA Beach Go-Karts & Food - Sept. 18

At a previous Virginia meet, the group decided to ride go karts for a while. This turned out to be tons of fun and it was decided that we should do it again, for a longer period of time.[/list]When: Saturday, September 18th 2005
Where: Virginia Beach Motor World ( http://www.vbmotorworld.com/ )
What: Riding go karts, mini golf (maybe), and general horsing around
Why: Comon', east coast CTers. Do you really need to know why?

This is one of the coolest go kart places I've been to. They have 14 different styles of go karts and 8 different tracks. That's 8 tracks where I can run Ryan into the wall.

I think a good plan would be to meet at the place sometime around noon (or a little after), ride go karts for a few hours, and then go get dinner somewhere. I'm sure the Tidewater crew has some good dinner suggestions. Maybe even some cruising/hanging out afterwords.

Actually..I just realized that I have something else going on that day. Since only 1 person has responded to the old date, let's just pretend that it was always the new date. In fact, let's never speak of that other date again.

The new date is: September 17th

Jeff, I'm not going to say "we" can't make it.. But, I will have to look at the time frame before I can say yes.. We have shows Sept 4th.10th &11th, as well as Labor Day festivities on the 3rd. And as an advertiser I have tickets for us to go to the Shriners Rodeo on the weekend of Sept 15th,16th, & 17th.. (I've been before, its fun but usually the same acts..) That doesn't leave me alot of "weekend" time to get this place ready for Tac-O-Ber-Fest 2005.. But, I will see if I can make this "meet"..

Pizza hut
Atlas Diner
Jake's
and you name it we got it fast food

So pretty much the options are open. i will plan on being there also. ive been on this board for almost 2 years now and havent gotten a chance to meet everyone. cough.... if they would come to the ODU carshow i would meet them cough....

18th is good. I got the day off from the porn shop
