Toolbox to fit under Tonneau cover

Who makes a toolbox that will fit underneath a tonneau cover?

I bought one from Lowes Home Improvement Warehouse. It should fit under a cover. It comes right up to the bed rails. I only paid 160$ for it.

I have the same setup as Dub-B. My box is placed centered directly behind the cab, so that I can access the corner strap loops. If you have a liner, make sure that the drain holes are open so that your bed doesn't become a bathtub with a wet toolbox in it. The lock mechanism is accessable from both sides. Of course this will consume bed space, so I also have a flippable bed extender. Good luck.
