15x8 4.50" backspacing? 5 lug mini?

I think a 15x8 w/4.50" this works out to a 0 offset.. (i think)

My current wheels are an 8" wide, 22 offset. thats a 5.36 backspacing..

Can I run that 15x8 with 4.50 backspacing without issue in the back?

plans are wheels for slicks, found some classic centerline style..

I'm not very savy on the backspacing to offset conversion stuff..

Hi Chris,

I found this info on tire rack dot com on your truck & this is one of the wheels available that they say will fit your truck, but you might want to reaserch it for yourself.

I just checked again & that was for a 2WD prerunner which is 6 lug & then I looked at the 2WD extra cab & it was listed as a 5 lug but they didn't have any wheels with the back spacing & offset that you have. So hope you find an answer & sorry I couldn't help.

If my current 17x8 with 22 offset = 5.36"
And these 15x8's have a 4.50" backspacing, will I clear?

I'm unclear which way this goes..

You would be at 0 offset with 4.5" backspace. You will probably be sticking out

I made an excel spreadsheet on conversions a while back..

this assumes a 1/2" lip width

Since these were.mustang fitment, I bet these would have worked great with a pretaco rear end..
