Default New Aluminum Radiator Install

I bought http://www.summitracing.com/parts/gri-cu-26202-01 last night. I will be installing it. I currently have a factory radiator with an electric fan. I also bought http://www.summitracing.com/parts/prf-30111 to control the fan instead of the ebay controller I have on right now (this will clean up wiring a ton!)

I will document my progress.

Looks like the factory radiator should be easy to remove? There is a plastic L bracket on either side with what looks like 4 star bit bolts.

Anything I should look out for in this install? Any tips? Figured there'd be people out there who have experience with this.

Thanks!

Why did you upgrade to this radiator?
Just make sure you drain the coolant and have plenty to replace it. Burp the system after you're done.

haha no major reason really.

just for the slight increases in heat dissipation, the better fan, to clean up the wiring for the fan, the weight savings, and the better look in the engine bay. It's been a while since I did anything on the truck and was bored.

This is on my turbo truck by the way

Cool...do you have standalone ecu and bigger axle? 7.5 axles don't do so well after 300 whp +. Also, if you're boosting more than 15psi you might want to upgrade your internals...pistons and valves tend to not like the extra heat!!! lol
