2003 Tacoma- timing belt replacement ?
I have a 2003 Tacoma with approximately 65,000 miles. When should the
timing belt be replaced ? Truck is almost ten years old. |

IIRC it should be every 90K or 7 years, whichever comes first.

The 2003 Maintenance Schedule says 90,000 miles or 72 months (whichever comes first).

Forgot to ask. Is it also a good idea to change out the water pump at the same time regardless if needs it or not. I had read that the water pump has to come
off anyways in the replacement of the timing belt. |

I would change it out since you have everything out already. No use in removing everything again if they WP fails on you in the near future.
