It still surprises me how people do the cheapest static drop possible yet complain about the ride. What did you think would happen? Cheap + static = lower ride quality. It's the dog chasing the tail on the static drop situation. Unless you have the money to spend, your likely outcome will always compromise ride quality. If you want a lowered mini on a budget it's part if the game. Suck it up.

unfortunate this is true

to get performance out of your suspension, you would have to ditch the bj flip and get the Qa1s (coilovers) and a 4-link in the back or just blocks with a sway-bar

which is expensive when your on a dollar baller budget..

You have to pay to play

You have to make a personal choice of what's important to YOU. If you don't want to a save the money and do a static drop right, then you lose ride quality. It is what it is. You're right sir, you must pay to play.

Either empty those pockets for QA1s and a link, bag it, or leave it stock. Otherwise, don't complain about 'ride quality'. You chose to give that up the minute you put those blocks on it. You always have options of a drop leaf (which I have) but the CT ones are difficult to find. Then there is always the 4x leaf option and remove a leaf, but them you compromise load capacity as well as ride quality.

It's the name if the game man! To gain one positive you compromise another unless you got the deep pockets to change that. So if you to stay on the bottom side of the QA1 line.......deal with lack of ride quality and welcome to static mini trucks!

These trucks are totally capable of handling great with the flip and blocks. The 2 trucks that come to mind on my recent test drives are Franky's truck and STEQ's. Both both handled great and had my heart rate up where it gets in the K1 speed carts. STEQ has QA1 coil overs up front and is slammed, Franky's is cut coils and both have the flip.

If you're looking for the best performance and handling with adjustability of not only the ride, but the height, the QA1 coil over mod is a must. No flip needed to get to 3" drop up front, and with the correct tire size, you'll never rub your inner fenders again, no matter how hard you drive it.
