hey guys, im chasing someone that can get indicator buckets from a set or 98-00 tacoma guards,
if you have some please let me know

Some 'Australian-to-North American' translation may be necessary here ...

'Indicator buckets' = 'signal lamp housings' - right?

'Guard' = 'bumper' - right?

eBay will be your friend here. Do a search for corner lights instaed of signal buckets at eBay.com (US EBay) and you can find them cheap. And if they won't ship international then have them shipped to me and I'll get them to you.

To the OP:

Just be aware you may have to modify Tacoma corner lamp 'pods' if your Hilux signals are located there (in the corner units) to accommodate signal lamp bulbs. The same-era Tacoma front signal lamps were separate units located in the bumper. Taco owners who've relocated the signal function to the corners have done so using the so-called 'corner blinker mod'.

Imnot sure we are 100% on the same page.....

Basically what we are doing is installing tacoma fender signals
Onto hilux fenders....
What this involves is cutting the hilux fender, all the way around the signal
And installing the Tacoma "buckets", welding them in so it looks stock....

All I am hoping is that someone is willing to cut a guard up they have lying around and sending the "buckets" over here.

What we are achieving is this,

Hilux hood and fenders, Tacoma headlights and signal lamps,
Billet grill and stock hilux bumper....

If you were looking for 01-04 parts I could help you out. I'll be selling my front clip soon. I can tell you that new Tacoma fenders (guards) could be had for about $40 USD each, if you wanted to go that route to get the corner light buckets.

Just out of curiosity, are you doing this on an mk4 or mk5 lux? I briefly considered mating an mk5 grille, head, and corner lights to an 01-04 hood and fenders.
